The Land Rep Sync is a private business productivity application used for authorized project management and operational synchronization.
This policy describes how the application accesses, uses, stores, and handles information obtained through Google services.
The application requests the Google Drive API permission https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file.
This permission permits access to specific Google Drive files authorized for use with the application.
Authorized files may contain project information, tasks, schedules, time estimates, operational updates, and synchronization records.
Google data is used to:
Retrieve and process authorized synchronization requests.
Exchange project and scheduling updates.
Record synchronization results.
Maintain consistency between authorized business systems.
Google data is not used for advertising or unrelated profiling.
Application information is maintained in designated local storage and authorized Google files.
Google authorization credentials are stored locally to support authorized access.
Operational records may be retained for business continuity, troubleshooting, auditing, and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
The application is intended for authorized internal business operations.
Google user data is not sold or used for advertising.
Google services process data as necessary to operate the authorized integration. Data is not intentionally shared with unrelated third parties.
Access to application information is restricted to authorized users.
Appropriate account permissions, device security, and access controls are used to protect operational information and authentication credentials.
Application records may be retained for legitimate operational and business recordkeeping purposes.
Authorized administrators may review and delete eligible records in accordance with applicable retention requirements.
Users can revoke Google authorization through their Google Account settings. Revocation prevents further authorized access but does not automatically erase previously stored records or backups.
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in application functionality, data practices, or applicable requirements.
